Return & Refund Policy

At Sayless, every shirt is printed on demand especially for you. Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size or color chosen
  • Buyer’s remorse

Exceptions – Quality Issues If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at sup@saylessshirt.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue (and the shipping label if possible)
  • A short description of the problem

We will review your case quickly to:

  • Send you a free replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund (including original shipping cost)

In most quality cases, you will not need to ship the item back. If a return is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless we state otherwise.

Note: We strongly recommend checking our sizing charts (on every product page) before ordering to avoid disappointment.
